For delayed arrival as well as for anticipated departure, we have to charge 80% of the whole stay.
The above mentioned prices include:
Sat TV, telephone, safe, hair-dryer, bedlinen, bath towels change and daily cleaning of floors and bathroom, light, heating, private parking area at the valley station, shuttle-service from the parking area to the lodge, children's play area, table tennis, table football, tobbogan, sunny terrace with chairs and deck-chairs, visitor's tax, VAT.

On appointment: massages and beauty treatments.
Possible parking garage for a fee.

Booking confirmation
As soon as you get our written confirmation we will kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 200.00 Euros per apartment. After receiving the payment, the booking can be considered binding. You can send us the deposit by bank transfer.
