Booking confirmation:
as soon as you get our written confirmation we will kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 300.00 Euros per room. After receiving the payment, the booking can be considered binding. You can send us the deposit per bank transfer.

Payment methods at the Residence:
By cash, cheque or bancomat.
Cancellation policies: according to the current European rules and except when otherwise agreed, in case of cancellation we have to charge the following penalties (% on the total amount)
- within 30 days before date of arrival 0%
- between 29 and 15 days before date of arrival 30%
- between 14 and 5 before date of arrival 50 %
- up to 4 days before the booked date of arrival / no show 100%
It is our intention to maintain the above mentioned prices. However, we reserve the right to make any change in case of tax changes.
General information:
- On arrival day, the booked apartment will be at your disposal starting from 2:00 pm; on departure day we ask you to leave it within 10:00 am.
- For delayed arrival or anticipated departure we will charge 80% of the entire stay;
- Free parking area;
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the apartment number as well as the requested floor when booking, but we will try our best in order to meet your needs.
